Can I buy a gift voucher for my friends and family?
At this moment gift vouchers are not available yet. For now you can easily order the wanted items on our webshop and just fill in the delivery address of the person you would like to surprise. Ain’t that nice?
How do I place an order online?
You can place an order by adding your favourite items to your shopping cart, fill in your address, pay via the payment method you prefer. It’s a piece of cake!
I get an error message when ordering. What do I do?
Make sure that all required information has been filled in correctly.
When using a credit card, the billing address provided must correspond to the credit or debit card you are using.
The security code for your card must be correct. For Visa and MasterCard you can retrieve this code on the back of your card: the last 3 digits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want to make this as comfortable for you as possible by adding various payment methods. So you can freely choose to use the method you prefer!

Can I cancel my order?
Please make sure to verify all information before you confirm your order. We are not able to cancel or change orders once placed due to the processing system at our warehouse.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation mail to the e-mail address you provided with your order. If you did not receive this mail within 2 business days, please make sure to check your SPAM folder or contact us for more inquiries.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from Monday through Friday excluding holidays and bank days.
What are the shipping costs*?
Shipping is free to EU-countries as listed hereunder. All other countries require a shipping cost of €30,00.
*Excluding all extra local taxes & duties that may occur to your package. The additional charges for customs clearance outside the EU are to be paid by the customer. The costs vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

When will my order arrive?
After receiving your payment we strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. Please allow us 1-2 business day to process your order before it gets shipped. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next business day.
Estimated shipping delivery timings:
Benelux: 1-3 days
Europe: 2-5 days
Other countries: 2-8 days
Depending on your region the estimated time of delivery can take up to max. 10 working days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a confirmation mail with the tracking number and all details of your order.
With this tracking info you will be able to trace your package.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once we have prepared your order and it has been shipped you will receive a mail which will include an URL with the tracking number. When clicking on this URL you can check the status of your order. If you have not received this mail within 2 business days make sure to check your SPAM folder or contact us for more inquiries. You can also check your MyAccount for the status of your order.
Do I have a warranty?
Your Rodania watch is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of its original purchase. You will find a warranty card in the watch box.
How do I get my watch repaired?
During the guarantee period the repair will be free of charge for labour and parts, if the technical service accepts the defective part to be a result of a manufacturing fault.
For purchases in Belgium return your watch to your warranted dealer.

Please note that this guarantee will be granted only, when the original guarantee section, duly stamped by the retailer and completed with the date of purchase and reference number of the watch, can be presented with the defective watch. None of these data may be altered, deleted, removed or made illegible. The free-of-charge guarantee service can be refused if the warranty information is incomplete or illegible.
My battery is end of life. What do I do?
Always have a professional watch-repair service replace the battery. A professional watch maker knows how to check the gaskets and how to replace them, if necessary. The guarantee does not cover battery end of life.
Is my watch water resistant?
The Rodania watches are water resistant to 3 ATM. This means that the watch resists to accidental contact with water and normal perspiration. It means no immersion in water like showering or bathing, neither for swimming nor aquatic sports. It includes no exposion to the direct flow of water under pressure (crane, hose, shower, …).
